Rachel Maleski is a veteran educator with K-12 experience in three states as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, teacher mentor, dean of students, and administrator. As principal of the Global Academy at ASU Prep, Rachel ensures that the instructional team delivers robust and personalized learning experiences for all students, and that students are equipped with the skills necessary to allow them to serve their communities locally and globally. A native of Philadelphia, PA, Rachel currently lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband, two kids, and two pugs. When away from her work at ASU Prep, Rachel enjoys reading, baking, and exploring unique places near and far.

Lia Grebus has been in education since 2010 and is most passionate about establishing powerful interpersonal relationships with students, families, and fellow educators, supporting them in their endeavors and building their resilience along the way. As Partnership Learning Specialist, she serves as a point person for our international and national partners, our instructional team, and our partnership students and families to ensure the success of the Global Academy at ASU Prep. Lia is a Chicago-native, but currently lives in Tampa, Florida. She enjoys playing tennis, golf, practicing yoga, and spoiling her adorable cat, Kiefer.

Melissa Woodward has been in education since 2016 and is an advocate for innovative, student-centered approaches to learning, especially within virtual settings. Melissa uses her experiences as a former Learning Success Coach for ASU Prep Digital to continue improving her skills in helping students and educators. As a Partnership Learning Specialist, she serves as a point of contact for national and international partnerships, students and families as well as instructional staff. Melissa is originally from Arizona where she currently resides and is a proud ASU Sun Devil alumnus.
